Ever heard of RAW image files? What did you expect? A lunar satellite spitting out compressed lossy jpeg images? Of course it's put through Photoshop, otherwise you would sit with a 100 MB image file!

Guys.. please. Any proof that this jpeg is the original source, the raw image taken by the Lunar Orbitor? No, this is merely a jpeg export from Photoshop, simply used to crop and resize the larger image.

Why is it that ignorant morons always have to notice crap like this, and blow it out of proportions.
The only thing this prooves, is that someone at NASA is using Photoshop to prepare images for the press.
It prooves nothing about image manipulation.
The file-header (wich is what is shown here in the hex-editor) only shows that the image has been through Photoshop, not what has been done to it.
More often than not, space-images are enhanced before shown to the public - usually in the sense that a specific part of the image has been enlarged, brightnes/contrast adjusted, or somethine else entirely, to make the image more presentable, and easier to view.
Though considdering the amount of conspiracy-theorists out there, it's unfortunate that NASA didn't think of this...
But even if NASA releases the original RAW images, it won't proove anything...

Why is it we can image a license plate on a car thru the Earth's atmosphere, yet the best resolution we can get from a multi-million dollar lunar orbiter is this low-res crap? I say NASA has something to hide!

What a dumbass. What makes you think that NASA has to read something the size of a license plate for the purpose of this probe's mission? Secondly, this isn't the best resolution the lunar orbiter can get. Go to the LRO's website at http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/main/index.html. These are the first images taken and were take PRIOR to the probe entering it's final orbit. They are expecting images with 2-3 times the resolution then which is plenty enough for a mapping mission.

Lower gravity is still gravity. The moon has 1/5 the earths gravitational pull on the surface, so of course a fabric flag would droop quite easily.

Wanna make a bet right here and now, you dipshit, that NO High Res Images of the landing areas are ever scanned by this orbiter? You are a Kool-Aid drinking fool. I don't really know one way or another if the US really landed men on the moon in 1969. But it is getting mighty suspect when they parade such shitty images out there for public consumption.

Having weighed the arguments and data from both sides, it seems to me that really only the moonlanding side has any legs to stand on. Not to mention the sheer illogic of most of the conspiracy theories out there relating to tampering data.
Pretty much the only thing at this point that'll convince me that nobody landed on the moon would be an independent agency building and launching a spacecraft(manned or unmanned), launching it off to the moon, and surveying the whole damn satellite and not returning with a thing. And the entire process would have to be entirely transparent so as to prevent tampering with data on the conspiracy theorists' end as well.
The US conducted the lunar expeditions for really only one purpose - to get there before the USSR. If there had been a snowball's chance in hell that the moon landing didn't happen, the Soviets would have been all over it. I can understand how people could doubt it, but, politically, it makes no sense to believe that the lunar landing didn't happen.
Ok. This proves nothing at all and these are not lo-res images. This image is 1.14 meters per pixel which is pretty good. They also said they will take even higher resolution images at a later orbit. And everybody uses Photoshop. If you want to say this is proof that we did not go to the moon, then you will need to PROVE alteration of data.

Did multiple crews of humans pass through the radiation belts and physically land on the moon and return alive? I'd like to believe they did. I believe there is probable cause for suspicion. For me, one of the smoking guns is that NASA released photos for separate missions which image analysis has revealed to come from identical raw images - more photoshopping.
My main point is: become aware of how much we are surrounded by what we don't want; don't resist that; just use that awareness to imagine what we want instead and focus our thoughts on that - on new ways of being; Decouple, detach, de-TV, de-news, de-matrix from the old.
